We get this question almost every week at the showroom: clip-ins or tape-ins? The honest answer is it depends on how you actually live, not just what looks best in photos.

If you switch up your look often

Clip-ins win here, hands down. They go in and come out in minutes, so if you like changing your hairstyle for work one day and a wedding the next, they give you that flexibility without any commitment. They're also easier to manage through Jaipur's summer heat, since you're not wearing them 24/7 and your scalp gets a break.

If you want a set-it-and-forget-it option

Tape-ins are for people who want extensions that behave exactly like their own hair, day in and day out, including through workouts, sleep, and humid weather. They typically last 6-8 weeks before needing a reposition, and once they're in, you genuinely forget they're there.

What actually matters here

Neither option is objectively better. We've had customers switch from tape-ins to clip-ins because they travel a lot and didn't want the maintenance appointments, and others switch the other way because they got tired of clipping in every morning.
